Dismantling times

Dismantling will take place from 18:00 on the Sunday of the event. The event site MUST be completely cleared by 23:00. The closures will be lifted by midnight at the latest. Premature dismantling is not permitted.

Access road

Access for dismantling is via the western entrance to the event site. Access is only possible from 18:00 and will be in blocks, depending on the volume of traffic on the merchant mile. A one-way system will be set up for access and exit from the site. The exit will be to the south via the L 1188.

Coordination

Dismantling will be coordinated by the STEGA security service and the 101 operations team. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, it is imperative that you follow the instructions given.

Leaving the pitch

The area must be free of garbage and stand material when leaving the event. Any damage must be reported to the organizer before leaving the premises. The waste may be placed in tied bags
