Sales Hours
- Event Friday: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Event Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Event Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We kindly ask all exhibitors, sponsors, and clubs to keep their booths open and staffed until the end of each day. Our audience enjoys strolling across the entire Glemseck 101 grounds even during the evening live music acts, and we want to ensure a unique experience for all visitors—also in your interest as an exhibitor, sponsor, or club!
Security
Our security service, provided by STEGA, is on duty around the clock. All instructions from this security service must be followed. At night, several teams will patrol the grounds. The security service is not responsible for guarding individual booths. STEGA can be requested for individual booth security; the costs for this are borne by the exhibitor.
The entire grounds are equipped with loudspeakers. Please pay attention to all announcements. These may be made, for example, in case of warnings (e.g., weather warnings) or important information such as program changes.
Medical Care
Medical care is provided throughout the entire event by the German Red Cross (DRK). To ensure a smooth event, a professional security service will be on duty at all times (day and night).
Loading and Unloading During the Event
In exceptional cases, the 101 security service may grant access for booth deliveries outside the official sales hours (see page 14). There is no entitlement to this, and it will be granted or denied depending on visitor numbers and the situation. For this “special 101 entry,” a deposit of €50.00 will be collected directly by the security service. For this exceptional delivery access, a maximum of 90 minutes is allowed.
Waste Disposal
During setup on Friday, all exhibitors will receive two garbage bags per booth. Waste must be collected carefully. On Saturday night from midnight, garbage may be placed in a visible spot in front of or next to the booth. It will be collected on Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. The same procedure applies at the end of dismantling on Sunday evening—a garbage truck will make a final round. There are also sufficient waste bins available throughout the grounds.
Catering
A wide range of food stands ensures culinary variety. Self-catering is allowed, but safety regulations (e.g., use of gas appliances) and brand exclusivity rules (e.g., beer mixes) for caterers apply.
Sanitary Facilities
There are over 60 festival toilets on the event grounds. Additionally, there are dedicated toilets in the adjacent building next to section D, which are exclusively for exhibitors.
Help and Service
The 101 operations center is located on the Seehaus grounds. Access is via the entrance between section A and section D. The 101 operations center is staffed around the clock. The team at the container is connected by radio to all emergency services, event management, and rescue services, enabling a quick response to any issues. Alternatively, the center can be reached by phone at +49 7152 33 123 -325 at any time.
For quick and minor assistance, members of the 101 operations team can be contacted at any time. They are recognizable by their black "101-Team Shirts."
