Setup and Dismantling Times
Setup takes place on the event Friday from 8:00 a.m. until no later than 5:00 p.m. This applies to ALL booth spaces.
Glemseck 101 – 2025 officially starts on Friday, September 5th at 6:00 p.m. We kindly ask that by this time all exhibitors, sponsors, and clubs have set up their booths, all delivery vehicles are parked in their assigned spaces outside the 101 visitor area, and the event grounds are completely clear.
Access and Parking
For your navigation device or online map: Hotel Glemseck, Glemseck 1, 71229 Leonberg. The 101 area is located at the edge of the Stuttgart diesel driving ban zone. The event site itself, as well as the parking facilities and main access roads, are outside this zone, so no restrictions are to be expected.
All exhibitors, sponsors, and clubs will receive all necessary information and permits after the contract is concluded. There are sufficient parking spaces available in the large area directly in front of the event site.
Exhibitors, sponsors, and clubs are only permitted to drive onto the event grounds for loading and unloading during setup and dismantling times in exceptional cases and at specific times. Parking vehicles on the event grounds is generally not permitted. Due to the large number of visitors, we must ensure extended fire protection zones and clear access for emergency vehicles.
From the start of the event on Friday at 6:00 p.m., no delivery vehicles are allowed on the 101 dealer mile. Access to booth spaces after 6:00 p.m. is no longer possible.
Special parking areas are available for larger trucks (over 12t). In this case, please contact Steffen Hofmann (s.hofmann@glemseck101.de) already during your planning.
Booth Construction
The organizer provides the booth space and—depending on the contract—a power supply. All structures (tent, pavilion, etc.) must be supplied, set up, and dismantled by the exhibitor, sponsor, or club themselves. The surface consists of asphalt, which must not be damaged by screws or similar means. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their structures. Please refer to the information sheet “Temporary Booth Structures.”

Gas Inspection
Exhibitors who use gas appliances must indicate this (check the box in the contract). For these booths, the organizer will arrange a gas inspection by a professional. The inspection will take place on event Friday from 4:00 p.m. The costs for the inspection (2025 – €70 net) are borne by the exhibitor. Please refer to the information sheet “Liquefied Gas.”
Dealer Meeting
To provide last-minute updates and information and to answer questions, a dealer meeting will take place on event Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the Main Stage. Please make sure to attend this meeting!
There you will receive current information about electricity, waste disposal, the schedule, and activities related to Glemseck 101. In addition, contacts and the Team 101 will be introduced there. We kindly ask every exhibitor, sponsor, and club to attend this dealer meeting in order to be up to date and to get to know the contacts on site personally!
