Booth Construction
The organizer provides the booth space and—depending on the contract—a power supply. All structures (tent, pavilion, etc.) must be supplied, set up, and dismantled by the exhibitor, sponsor, or club themselves. The surface consists of asphalt, which must not be damaged by screws or similar means. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their structures.
Site Plan and Landscape
The event takes place on both private property and public roads (L1188 and L1187). The L1188 and L1187 will be closed to four-wheeled traffic from Friday at 8:00 a.m. Access to the event site is only permitted for two-wheel riders and 101 suppliers. Closures, access, and parking areas will be appropriately signposted.
A one-way system is in place for access during setup and dismantling. Traffic is directed via the L1187 coming from Leonberg / A81 motorway junction. Exit is via the L1188 towards Warmbronn or (for vehicles under 3.5 tons) via the farm track running south parallel to the L1187. All participants will receive more detailed instructions for setup and dismantling in a separate info message in the days leading up to the event.
The Böblingen District Office permits the use of the meadows around the closed roads for parking, camping, and other stays. Glemseck 101 is located in a "natural" area, which cannot be expanded at will. Please consider in your budget planning that available booth spaces and options/packages are limited and in high demand.
The event site, including all meadows, is located in a protected landscape area. We place the utmost importance on waste prevention and environmental protection.

Electricity, Water Connection, Gas Appliances
Exhibitors located in sections A, B, C, D, and F will receive a power connection (220V). A limited number of high-voltage connections (max. 16 amps) can be provided, subject to prior agreement with the organizer. 32-amp connections are only approved in exceptional cases.
In the premium area (sections A and B), various water connections are available in limited numbers. If needed, please contact the organizer. The distance between the booth and the nearest water connection will be communicated. The hose connection (food-safe—certified drinking water hose) must be provided by the exhibitor. The organizer does not provide any materials.
Exhibitors using gas appliances must indicate this (check the box in the contract). For these booths, the organizer will arrange a gas inspection by a professional. The inspection will take place on the event Friday from 4:00 p.m. The costs for the inspection (2025 – 70 euros net) are borne by the exhibitor.
Accommodation
101 hotel recommendation | Glemseck101
Additionally, there are options for tents or camping at the respective campsites.
Parking Tickets
Exhibitors receive parking tickets for free parking in designated areas. These are located outside the event grounds. The number of free tickets depends on the size and investment of your participation. There is no entitlement to additional tickets.
1/8 Mile Rider Registration
Exhibitors wishing to participate in the sprints with their motorcycles will receive a data sheet from the organizer. The completed data sheet must be sent promptly to the sprint organizer, Steven Flier (steven@stevenflier.com). Based on the provided data, the riders will receive a DMSB license. All further information about the sprints can be found under the menu item "1/8 Mile."
Press and Photographer Accreditation
Exhibitors can accredit their photographers, press department, or media representatives. Accredited persons will also have access to special press areas on the 1/8 mile and to press support.
Test Ride Notification
Exhibitors offering test rides must promptly notify the organizer of the number of bikes provided. The organizer will provide special stickers for each bike. These are required to ensure access to the event site and the starting point of the test rides at all times. If access to the event site is restricted due to high traffic volume, test riders will be exempt from this restriction. Security will continue to allow motorcycles with the sticker to enter.
The organizer actively promotes the test rides on the website and social media. Exhibitors must provide appropriate information materials for this purpose.
