::: Rolf Reick about his StarrWars:
„StarrWars was brought to life in 2012 by KRAUTMOTORS in Mannheim / Germany. The race resulted from the high density of rigid frames, customizers and 'crazies' in my circle of acquaintances. Back then, it was mainly Harleys, Triumphs and BMWs at the start.
The following year, we were allowed to start at the Glemseck 101 for the first time and a year later Steven Flier had the idea for the »RACE INTO THE DUST». The 101 Saturday final sprint, into the twilight.
In 2025 we start for the thirteenth time – #13 – and of course again: Into the dust! As well as with a second ‘open’ class: StarrWars Darkside.“

::: Style Reglement - both classes
Most importantly, we compete with our own do-it-yourself constructions! Nothing from the store. Both regulations aim to ensure that money should not play a major role in the construction of a rigid-frame racer.

::: StarrWars #13
• Your rigid frame must be recognizable as a classic rigid frame. 
No locked swing arms or rigid dampers.
• For equal opportunities: road tires only.
• Front and rear brakes. No wheelie bars.

::: Regulations for the engines
• No supercharging, Only gasoline in the tank.
• No turbo, compressor or NOS.
• Only cooled. Only carburetor.
• Four valves only for single-cylinder engines
• Two to four cylinders: 2 valves only.
• No cubic capacity limit.

::: New in 2025: StarrWars - Darkside
As the name suggests, these are not the nice guys – almost everything is allowed here. So almost anything that doesn't fit into our rebel class and this class will only consist of 8 motorcycles. Again, it has to be a real rigid frame! With a nice line from the steering head to the rear wheel mount.

::: The provisional Darkside Rules
• Free choice of engines: whether combustion or electric.
• Air-cooled engines: Supercharging allowed. NOS, turbo or compressor.
• Water-cooled engines: NO supercharging allowed!
• Slicks are allowed.
• IMPORTANT: Builder must ride himself!

::: Rider
Clear mind with ECE helmet (full visor), sturdy shoes and gloves. Participation in the rider briefings is mandatory! No start without participation. As always, exceptions are possible by arrangement. This applies in particular to substitute riders.

• Extraordinary vehicles, extraordinary rules.
• Anyone who misspells StarrWars will be disqualified.
